Returns & Refund Policy

At Vyrek, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Request Timeline

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

• To initiate a return, email us at support@vyrek.in with your order number and reason for return.

• Our team will review your request and get back to you with further instructions.

• Refunds are initiated only upon approval of the return request.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• Unboxing Video is Compulsory.

• The tags must be intact, including the sticker seal on the tag.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

⚠️ If any of these conditions are not met, the return request will be rejected.

Important Notes

• Only one return request is allowed per order.

• Do not apply for a return if any of the above conditions have been voided. If we find upon pickup or delivery that the product does not meet our return policy, it will be sent back and the return request will be denied.

• Once your return is approved and the product is verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
